Would everyone please stop using “vintage” U-47s and U-87s? They’re fine for rock, but not if you have any kind of dynamics in your music. I get WAV files that look like this all the time, even from “legendary” New York studios. (The orange horizontal lines are sine waves=NOISE. A Line Audio CM4 provided for reference).
