10.10.2012-  Vandermark’s (re)Compose

Recorded Ken Vandermark’s original piece (re) Compose: an audio-visual, electro-acoustic performance at DePaul University in Chicago.  The group (Tim Daisy-percussion, James Falzone-clarinet, Lou Mallozzi-electronics, Tomeka Reid-cello, Jason Roebke-bass, Ken Vandermark-clarinet) accompanied the artwork of Richard Hull.

Recorded the duo of Tim Daisy (percussion) and Ken Vandermark (reeds) at the Claudia Cassidy Theater in the Chicago Cultural Center.  Chicago Magazine was also on hand to film Ken.  I may have inadvertently ended up on one of the interview segments.
